Our dedicated team offers a wide range of services, consulting and planning services for all water chemistry issues. In addition to make-up water treatment, we deal with water-steam cycle as well as cooling water cycle. Apart from chemical-physical measurements on site, we also examine ion exchange resins in our laboratory. We are also ready to accompany your standard measurements during operation, which you carry out in accordance with your operating manual.
We dispose of a wide range of modern measuring methods:

- Measurement of degassed acid conductivity

- Ion chromatograph
With the help of this equipment, we can also carry out failure analyses in addition to regular checks on the regular operation of water treatment, water-steam cycle and district heating water.

Advanced training & workshops
The seminars “Water Treatment” and “Chemistry in the Water-steam Cycle” are offered at regular intervals. When participating in the seminars, you can benefit from the many years of experience of VGB´s “Water Chemistry” team. The face-to-face events are supplemented by a new online-live variant. Here we teach the basics of water chemistry for power plant operators. As with our face-to-face events, the online event will also give you ample opportunity to ask your questions and discuss them with our lecturers. You will find the latest information on the vgbe website under “Events” or in the vgbe Newsletter.
